Over six months, this program supports leaders in cultivating embodied emotional intelligence, strengthening team connection, and building a sustainable performance culture.
Participants will improve focus, discernment and decision-making, as well as experience how embodied awareness allows for more authentic expression and communication.

Corporate Health Program

This 3–month program provides a practical exploration of the body–mind–emotion connection, giving participants the tools to apply this awareness directly in their work and leadership.
Participants will learn to connect with what they feel, let go of what no longer serves and regulate their nervous systems in real time, boosting resilience and increasing focus.
