Somatic breathwork is a healing modality that works directly with your body’s own wisdom to bring you back into alignment with yourself. Using a circular connected breathing pattern coupled with immersive music and deep guidance, it is designed to help you feel what you need to feel and create space for that which is most important in your life.

Breathing is the only process in the human body that is both involuntary and voluntary. However, just because breathing can be automatic, doesn’t mean it’s optimal. Upwards of 80% of adults breathe dysfunctionally on one or several parameters, with severe negative implications for their general health and well-being.

MY JOURNEY
The Power of the Breath
During my three years living in South America, I had profound experiences with plant medicine and other healing traditions, both spiritual and somatic, but the main ally throughout my journey became and continues to be my very own breath.
I learned that this marvellous innate bodily intelligence can help me clear out what I no longer need, regulate my nervous system state in real time, and give me access to parts of my subconscious and emotional world that were otherwise off limits.
I subsequently trained in guiding somatic breathwork journeys, which combine traditional wisdom and modern science of breathing, and I also got certified in functional breathing, which helps me stay balanced and focused in the everyday. Through these trainings, I developed my own science-meets-soul approach to this ancient craft.
Breathwork is my favourite embodiment modality, because it so directly reminds us that we carry the tools for healing and well-being within ourselves. It is an easy and accessible way for busy modern humans to regain connection with their bodies and emotions, with all the life-elevating consequences that this entails.
